I often hear the 'r' sound at the beginning. For example James Rodríguez
'Rames Rodrígues' But the sound of the first R (Rames ) is different from the second (Rodrígues)

Not sure how you hear this but I can tell that his name is pronounced with the same h sound that I mentioned earlier
