These are facts. Russia is having demographic crisis since 1990s already and now on top of that big amount of people at reproductive age are dying in front lines. War strategy of Russia haven't changed since 18th century, they haven't adopted modern tactics, still rely on masses.

Image if they adopt modern tactics then..

They wont. That would involve low level commanders doing independent decisions. That's not their style, as dictatorship will fail then. Modern warfare started with Carl von Clausewitz "On War". Germans started it with Second and Third Reich, then Amercians and NATO adopted and improved on that, then Ukraine surprised Russians by having adopted it too.
Also, there are big industrial problems with their manufacturing. Their factories rely on Western tech to produce tanks, etc. Sooner or later they will start to fail. As Russians don't have their own tech for that.

Plus, we add Kamala as Commander in chief then we are sure those pesky Russians are destroyed again for more 30 years.
Then USA will definitely stop buying Rusian engines and start to manufacture themselves

If they adopt technology, it can be turned on itself.
Putin will never let that happen, he loves his power.

Yes, they can. And then it's 100% sure Russia will lose. Is it 100% sure NATO will lose? Don't think so, as they can track Russian missile launch systems pretty well. Have some info on their capabilities from friends who worked on some projects that weren't officially military, but American tracking skills in real time for the stuff on the ground are impressive.
Will generals in Russian army be ok to do this? Don't think so, as they don't want to lose everything they already have just because of ambitions of one imperialist madman.
