Certainly the author wrote this with no bias..
To summarize their little propaganda piece:
Go—I mean Bitcoin, is amazing, and being so amazing and good it was made so that others could copy it. But these altcoins, after trying maybe once to improve Bitcoin, basically were all scams and that’s why we very rationally gave them the name Shitcoin, to help others know of their evil.
Hm? We called them Shitcoin because there was enormous vested interest in keeping bitcoin on top? No no, all other coins were and are worse and are scams amen.
Moving on, most altcoins suffered from not being as stable as bitcoin, which is run by a handful of developers and another handful of node aggregators. They can be trusted no need to change that, like some altcoins do. Pity them.
Finally, i finish this fair and balanced view on glorious bitcoin by saying that bitcoin is already biggest, so even though its technology is wildly inferior, we have successfully suppressed all the good—i mean shit! that could have come from shitcoins. You’re welcome. It’s a zero sum game, human progress, and the goal, for us who own lots of bitcoin, is obvious and morally true. Now buy more magic math money peasants!!! we wuub youuu❤️
