Bitcoin has it's fair share of enemies. The obvious one's being:

  1. Banks
  2. Governments
  3. The political class

However, it's easy to overlook the most dreadful kind of enemy, the one within, bitcoiners ourselves.

Some Bitcoiners keep all their sats on exchanges, use KYC services, shy from utilising privacy tools and only buy bitcoin to exchange it for fait.

Bitcoin's survival against adversarial attacks is pegged to how well Bitcoiners can Keep Bitcoin away from Fiat.

DE-FIAT YOUR BITCOIN ANON.

I also know crypto people who don’t like bitcoin. I can’t get my head around why but they prefer Ethereum and other shitcoins…..☹️

I dont know how that can even happen. Bitcoin is the godfather of all cryptocurrency.

reply

Many bitcoiners are still too attached to fiat, but I think they will slowly learn, or not.

reply

They will learn once their fiat money becomes worthless.

reply

18% interest rates + a balanced budget. These are the only actual enemies that can harm bitcoin. Everything else is talk....

reply

The fiat mindset is hardwired into the brains. It takes a lot of effort to get rid of it.

Well...government is starting to get on board. And the political class, I know for a fact a majority hold bitcoin in some way.

reply

They believe that the biggest enemy is those who want to destroy it. Bitcoin will have its enemies but every day it gets stronger and covers more and more areas of the world economy.
