Against all odds they preserve! Vanessa Gilles, a center back scores both winning goals for last game and this game. When there is a will, there is a way. That extra time goal versus France was a thing of beauty too; direct shot on the rebound, post and in.

Not in women’s soccer. Canada won the last Olympic gold and the US the Olympics before that.
