Last Monday in the UK, a 17 yo deranged guy stormed a class and stabbed three children to death. The whole country is still under shock.
I don't (want to) know his motives, I just want he gets locked up forever.
Q: Considering that he's not 18 yet, do you think his parents should also be charged / convicted?

Hard to say without know how they obtained the information. They might have had a warrant. We don’t know until we get more info.
