It doesn't matter. Specter, Sparrow, electrum etc are just interfaces for your wallet, apps that manage your keys. That's all.
The seed words for a wallet should be usable in any supported app.
Just be sure you write down correctly the seed and also did a restore test, checking if you restore the same addresses, before you put any funds.
