It is excellent that they cannot censor. I am currently in Venezuela where they have tried to censor and prevent all types of platforms that allow us to be informed.

Evidently Russia was the first to support the Maduro re-election and there was talk they were going now "deepen their ties with Venezuela, including sensitive military cooperation"
