There is gonna be a better way to sychronize the #Bitcoin Timechain. 2 weeks for initial block download is a hell of a long time to wait to have a full node. Why aren't any body working on this?

What kind of computer are you using and how much ram does it have and what’s your internet connection speed. It took me 7 hours on a dell optiplex 9020 with 8 gb of ram . Don’t use raspberry pis or hdd(use ssd). Also there are definitely people working on making it faster. The bottle neck is usually the amount of ram your computer has.
