I am using this: https://skhron.com.ua/
I am pretty happy with it as they offer a low monthly rate and I can pay with LN. One criticism: they only support ipv6, not ipv4, so you have to use a proxy to connect to ipv4 sites. I set up tor on it and that works for letting me access ipv4 sites, but only after I configured it to use an ipv6 gateway.

We support both IPv4 and IPv6 - however only IPv6 prefix is included by default. IPv4 addresses can be ordered additionally up to 16x per VPS.

The njal.la support told me they'd like to support lightning. I didn't check recently.

Really? Good to know. Their support was responsive to me. I use VPN a lot, and as well I use SSH tunnels through other servers and have never encountered any issue...
