Putin keeps calling the conflict a special operation instead of a war and has kept military spending below 6% of Russia's GDP. If his plan is to invade Western Europe the country is really not prepared for it. More likely is a regional conflict turned into a blood bath because of US interventionism fuelled by unrestricted credit
