I can teach how to grow food on your roof. I do a bit of hydroponics and I think it's best for people who really want healthy food.

Why not!
If we can come up with some agreement, I'm ready. It's not a big investement deal. I started with $200 investment. I grow most of vegetables for my family and recently, I've been able to sell tomatoes for the first time which gave me more than $100 back. So, within months, I've recovered the initial investment. I recommend, if you have good amount to invest, go without thinking twice. You'll make profits for sure.

Mostly athletics
I'm not a great athlete, but I'm from a small enough town that everyone had to participate in everything, just to have enough kids to field a team, and I've always been good at understanding proper technique.

Tennis or pickleball I think I could teach someone else really well! Also Marathon running, being competitive in certain video games and how to get the most out of travel!
I'm good at a few of these other things, but I don't know if I have the heart in me to teach them.
