Does Starbackr support or are there plans to support value-4-value so creators can get paid for partial videos watched and such?

Currently, there is no “direct” V4V on Starbackr. You can make content available publicly and let users tip you. There certainly are plans for having V4V implemented in many different ways throughout the platform. A good example would be our live streams, which soon can be paid (or tipped) by the minute.
