Expensive.
Yes. I don't know any other option. May be because they monopoly, so they have such high prices.

For context, that same package is 1115 rupees/month in Canada.
Good point about it being a monopoly. In Canada/US there are many ways to get all the games so they can't charge as much due to competition.

This is almost 90% higher!
I'll try to find some other option for Indians here are getting excited 😊

Crazy when you think about it. That is definitely out of reach for many people in India. Maybe the rich people can afford it but what about the middle class?
NFL wants to grow the game internationally. You would think they would have a lite option that would just amount to a few dollars a month. Maybe you don't get all the games but you get 3 or 4 feature games a week.

2000 INR isn't a big deal for the middle class if the whole family watches the sport or for a person who is in charge. But when done other member, only for himself, asks for 2000 rs to just subscribe to watch a game that noone else understands, he won't be allowed to buy.
An average middle class person now earns in the range of 50000 to 200k every month. Below 50k people are now poor here, imo. Above 200k are rich, again imo.

At 50k rupees a month the price would be 4% of their monthly salary. That's a lot just for football. Yes, if the whole family is working and earning and enjoys watching that makes sense but for an individual earner that seems high.
In Canada comparatively the low end of middle class salary would be around $4000 a month. Obviously cost of living in Canada is different than India but 4% of a low end middle class salary here would be $160 month, which is almost 10x what the price for the nfl package here in Canada is. Not factoring in taxes etc.

The lining cost in India is still so much less than Canada's for sure. A family of four can be doing very well in 50k even in cities. 50k in a town may save on rents in a big way. If someone lining in a village earns 50k every month, he's gonna save at least 40k.
In case you're not aware, the government provides 10kg wheat, 5kg rice every month to every individual whose family income is less than 100k or to everyone who doesn't pay taxes and hold a ration card. A packet of oil and pulses for the whole family is also one more thing. The government is actually doing this continuously since the pandemic. The number of people who are benefitted with this is 850 million.
Can you tell me, how much is 1kg Sugar there in Canada?

I don't know if the site works well in other countries, but this is a site that aggregates free streams of live sports events.
reply
This really sucks man! Too many bogus popups, redirects and still not able to play. I've tried such sites long before for other games but they never worked. If they worked then I didn't like because they give you videos only in very very low quality and the cost may sometimes be an unwanted file installed or downloaded in your system without your consent.

Sorry, I've got so many adblockers running that I don't notice those things!
reply
Are you able to run these with the adblickers?
reply
Yup -- have the Denver/Seattle game going now. Note that this is on Streameast, which was the first aggregated stream from Sportssurge.
