Nah never went full carnivore, but I've been "paleo" (or something basically that) for a really long time. Meat and animal fats are certainly my dominant source of protein and energy. When i deviate i notice it very quickly too. A couple of days eating like crap and I pay for it quickly. I always end up going on a steak cleanse to get back to baseline, lol.
My diet staples though are bacon and eggs, steak, lots of fruit, some grain free "breads" from time to time, almond milk/butter (occasionally), sweet potato, and some sort of yogurt on occasion.

So...when are you ready to feel the best you've ever felt? 😏 I've never once heard of someone cutting out those last few bits of plant matter and not experiencing an additional health surge, especially mentally.
Would recommend looking into the work of Dr. Anthony Chaffee. He is the guy who's researched plant toxins more than anyone else you know! 👇
