oh shit... that's an impossible question, lol.
First "smart" is very hard to define, but let's say I'm thinking "intuitively smart." As in, able to adapt, take in new information and merge it into current worldview, immediately understand and expand on the implications, etc... first come to mind Dhruv Bansal, Jeff Booth, maybe someone like that. But there's so many different kinds of smart and reasons or levels on which to value someone's input. I don't think there is a hard way to compare people on that metric. The list could easily include like 30 people I know for different reasons, imo.
