I have come across this post by @Radentor which I think it has plenty of useful information.
I have been considering to swap some sats from LN to onchain and I thought that in other post , @Natalia mentioned Boltz and Robosats.
I have seen in @Radentor's post that WoS can be used too.
Is it possible to use it? Have you done it before? Is any of them better in terms of fees?
Many thanks for your help.
RoboSats has a Swap page (i.e., buy on-chain BTC and pay via LN, or sell on-chain BTC and receive via LN): https://dex.robosats.com/offers/ <-- Then press the "Show Lightning Swaps" button
Other P2P exchanges have swaps as well (e.g., HodlHodl): https://cointastical.github.io/P2P-Trading-Exchanges/
Or additional methods here: https://cointastical.github.io/KYC-Free-Instant-Exchanges
Thanks for the info!
Coinos charges 0.1% and is not listed here.
Hmm, looks like they don't kyc either.
Might check em out.
That's right, no KYC.
It's a web-only custodial wallet. They support deposits and withdrawals via onchain, LN and Liquid.
Thanks ! Will consider it.

WoS charges about 7,000 sats fixed fee + 1% more of the amount + network fees.
For comparison Blink charges 10,000 sats fixed fee + network fees, they also mention 'For an imbalance of more than 10M sats LN/on-chain per month: additional 0.2% fees'
So far https://boltz.exchange seems to the best option with 0.5% fee + network fees, none of that fixed fee thing.
But if you are transferring large amounts where that 0.5% or 1% fees exceeds 10,000 sats, then maybe Blink could be cheaper?
Thanks!
Here you have a nice comparison table SN post for swap services by @aftermath #163372
Thanks! I had missed this one. Bookmarked.
I've used Boltz a bunch of times and it's always worked great for me. I can't tell you the exact fees, but I know they charge them. You'll see the fee before you confirm the swap.
Boltz charges 0.5% LN->Mainnet
I did this recently with Breez. Worked just fine.
Thanks!
I've transferred on-chain to WoS, and, from there, to another lightning wallet. So, yes, I guess it does work as a swap?
Thanks!
I have used BOLTZ on several occasions and it was fast and quite easy, and I used LNP2PBOT once as well, which was very easy. And reasonable fees as long as the mempool is cheap.
Thanks for the info !
I DIDN'T KNOW IT COULD BE USED!!!
I have entered an address for my Nunchuk and it says that the minimum to send is 8000 SATs + 1% + mining commission.
Thanks!
Yes but the comisión is 1% of the total amount plus miner fees.
You can try https://boltz.exchange/ it might be cheaper
Thanks!
I used to use it all the time to play the LOOP liquidity game... It was worth it at the time, but not sure how they compare with fees these days from other services that offer swaps.
Coinos is my place for swaping in and out of lightning.
What 😁🤨🤨

Ok ! Thanks! So Loop is better in terms of fees and WoS worse?
