They don't really talk about the economy much. It's definitely a serious conversation, but maybe the subjects of the discussion are what you're referring to. No, they are not serious people.

Since Trump was a president, he should have the secret service protecting him.
He shouldnt be having all these issues, just saying.
They have done their job, he is still alive.

Most of us would say that letting their protectee get shot in the head from the most obvious tactical position, is not doing their jobs.
