Kyiv is a functioning city with 3 million people. Among other things, I've giving a talk at the local Bitdevs meetup, and I've met with some local Bitcoiners. Heck, when I came here I happened to be on the same bus as a Bitcoiner who was attending the recent conference in Riga.

As for "if he is not fighting"... so do you accept the right of Ukrainians to defend themselves from this invasion? Or do you think that's "warmongering"? Heck, if I volunteered to fight, would that be "warmongering"?
