Alright stackers, this is it! The biggest decision so far. Time to pick our battle. We stand at a crossroads, compelled to choose the particular victory for which we shall strive. I must caution that the circumstances surrounding options are less than ideal, suggesting a challenging path ahead.

Cusco, our capital, is where I'm building the Colosseum. The Hanging Gardens are already up and running.

There's also a great lighthouse, but it's located in another city, Willya Waman.
