Yes, that's the track. I saw Joe 90 open for the Counting Crows maybe 25 years ago. At a huge country and western bar in the middle of nowhere. It was one of the weirdest concert venues I had been to and a really fun concert. My friends and I drove for 2.5 hours to get there and got lost on the way back.

I really liked Joe 90s sound so I picked up the album at the show and it is a really solid album all the way through. They had very limited success.
