The actual criminal (government) sueing "criminals" (free traders) for "breaking the law." This is a joke. And, unsurprisingly, the actual criminal is going to cashout at the end the joke. The Nigeria government institutions are full of illiterates (rentseekers) in power who only understand how the "laws" should be applied once it's time to confiscate. They try to criminalize what they fear and don't understand. And, acquiring license or taking permission from the government will never sold the problem because you are going to be dealing with actual criminals. And, the EFCC is iron hand of the government, very corrupt in nature.
Assuming these Stablecoin traders broke the "law", you must understand one thing about Nigeria: there is no such thing as law, not to talk of "crypto regulations." Just a bunch of criminals doing their thing. Every law enforcement agency/agent is "work hard" to find scapegoats from which to cashout.
