I am of the opinion that the average person should be living their life as if their government is tyrannical and is not going to save them. That means getting your body in shape as if your government would war against you. Growing your own food or buying local. Stockpiling ammunition and non-perishables. And cultivating a mindset that you would do anything to protect your family and those you care about from what or who may come your way trying to stop your way of life.

Here's how you can move all your saved places from Google Maps to a more private and open source solution, Organic Maps.

Then use this handy converter: https://github.com/rudokemper/google-maps-places-to-organic-maps to get a KMZ file.
Open the KMZ file in Organic Maps and you will have imported all of places into a new list.

wow! a shiny rock beats fake money. ask the guy to define "intrinsic value"
intrinsic value argument is super annoying because everyone kind of has their own idea about what value is.
like is a domain name worthless because it's not physical? no.
it's also amusing that gold valuation is mostly based on its store of value and the fact people like it, it's price is not because it has some industrial uses
