Oh boy. This is going to be a project. I don't think Fancy has ever lived outside. She's very tame, and no way with her current skills I can deploy her outside. When I hold her she feels very feeble, not like the city pigeons in this town, who are really strong and adapted to living in the wild. Maybe do some flying lessons with her...

Or just keep her as a pet, though that was not my original plan. It saddens me that these birds have been bred/cultured for captivity. Their counterparts are sovereign and free on the streets. Maybe Fancy can be like that one day.
