No, the German gov sold. US sold very little of their bitcoin holdings.

Making them #8 on the holder list behind Satoshi, Coinbase, Binance, BlackRock, FIdelity, Grayscale, and MicroStrategy. Eeking out over Bitfinex and Kraken who wold 196,504 and 172,106 BTC respectively!
