Buffalo loses another on the road to Houston. Here are my thoughts
  1. Bills looked asleep in the first half. The offense seems to be predictable. Josh was terrible missing throws that could have lead to extended drives and points.
  2. Besides the long pass to Nico Collins the bills defense did enough to win a game on the road. Forced turnovers. Got a 4th and 1 stop with points on the line. This considering all the injuries on that side of the ball. The Texans have big numbers but only held them to 3 points in the 2nd half.
  3. This clearly looks like a rebuild year. The offense is STRUGGLING. And the defense is made up of patchwork guys. But the team was competitive on the road against a really good team.
Bills are now 3-2 and head to New York to face the Jets. Hopefully we can get back in the win column but we need Josh to play better. He left a lot of plays on the field today.

They looked so sharp the first few games. Division is weak. I think they are still the class of the division. I think they will be fine.

Yeah the afc east is really weak

Agree with all that said... But you can't ignore how terrible the play calling was at arguably the most important time. 20 seconds left and 3 passes out of your end zone? Run the ball burn the clock and live to see OT. Instead a punt backed up and leaving the Texans with TOs and great field position is unforgivable.

They deserve to lose the game especially since Josh was not accurate passing that day

Fairly certain he was concussed and the protocol is a joke.

This is a true statement

As good as Laremy Tunsil has been for Houston he has also been an absolute disaster the beginning of the year. The guy is leading the league in penalties… can’t have that if you are Houston.
The RB situation is also an issue. Cam Akers has done a decent job but when you only run for 42 yards and one came from a 15 yard run it’s an issue. Making the Texans a one dimensional team with a shaky offensive line right now is no recipe to win.
This game also showed the tale of two Texan defenses. Last year HTX was lead by the defense this year its bottom third in the league. First half was one team second half was the evil twin from hell… another thing that just gotta be figured out. The team is super inconsistent and against the best teams right now like Minnesota it showed big time

This is a weird season. Which teams are undeniably good right now? Maybe the Vikings.

The Vikings seem to just not have huge issues or shoot themselves in the foot. When they played the Texans our offensive line couldn’t stop committing stupid penalties like false starts… we are at home their isn’t a reason for that but with Minn our tackle Tunsil the most penalized player in the league really knocked it put of the pack with penalties 🤦🏼‍♂️

That's what they looked like today, but I hadn't really watched them before. What I saw today I wouldn't exactly call a juggernaut.

Honestly it’s such a mess this year 😂 I only lasted 3 weeks for a reason in the pool!

Ngl I stopped betting the last two weeks on Football cause I can’t tell what is going on lol

That was basically my reasoning for betting on a bunch of underdogs, but I miraculously botched every parlay.
