The endless lies, psyops and engineered cognitive dissonance that most have to endure.
I'll get around to writing about that later on, I seriously think it messes with us in ways that are hard to fathom!
Yep, stress is stress and it all takes its toll on your system, especially your immune system. I think this is why people get a lot of colds and such.

I'd take a potentially life threatening situation that releases a lot of adrenaline but which is sane and manageable over dealing with any bureaucrat really...

The only way to get your own digital jail, is, so far, building it yourself. However, I can’t wait for it to come in the way of CBDC, electronic IDs and 15 minute cities. They will not be built by yourself at all.

It certainly does something to your brain & nervous system!
I often get physically unwell when I have to deal too much with that shit, then also I feel great when I'm somewhere sane, like on two wheels going through a big city in Asia ;-)
There is no room for self deception, wishful thinking, irrational emotions taking charge or any of that shit on a motorbike...
Sailing used to fill that function for a couple of decades, hopefully I'll get back to that sometime too!
