On a fiat standard we treat people as customers , or 'how to profit from others' especially with the rise of social media and so called 'influencers" who use their audiences to make more fiat . on an individual normal level without follower its mostly the same . hard to find a genuine connection without interest the scarcity of everything pushes our survival instinct and we end up selfish as a aspiration to false security (more fiat) . I hope, or the right term is, i believe on a bitcoin standard , relationship will be less corrupted and trusting will be a lot easier as there will be no need to profit from anyone since our money will already be very rewarding . thanks to whoever discovered Bitcoin.

unfortunately, even on a bitcoin standard, influencers and scammers will still be a thing, the only difference would be the unit of account they get paid for all their bullshit tiktoks and posts

Bitcoin has rewarded early adopters hugely and I see this as a great thing as many early adopters were/are people more prepared to question the status quo and see how flawed it is and be prepared to consider a major paradigm shift- because we do need a major paradigm shift!
As a result a lot of people with both a concern for society and the ability to look at alternatives have now had a windfall of capital with which they can make some innovations.
But longer term Bitcoin cannot continue to appreciate at the rate it has and if a Bitcoin Standard is established the rapid gains already achieved will instead become much more modest ultimately only being roughly equal to the rate at which productivity increases.
I do not believe Bitcoin will solve human greed but I do agree Fiat Debt Slavery has corrupted our economies politics and cultures.

Really, what about precious metals without the banks. Do you think that may work just as well?
I have questions about cryptos when the power goes out. How are the people in Florida, North Carolina and Ecuador doing with cryptos, do you think?
