What if they are offline, when I am zapping? What's the UX?

For you, no difference in UX. They'll just receive Cowboy Credits.

Well, for me also a difference, because I suppose my zap will be reflected differently next to their post. Will there be two numbers now, the number of cowboy credits and the number of sats zapped (before the number of replies)?
