But the cc's you accumulate cannot be converted, only spent. That's why I say that the system encourages you to spend your entire stock of cc's.

It will depend on stacker. For example, I spend about half of my daily stack. This isn't a rule for me, it's just what I observe from the statistics.

My prediction: it will represent the majority of activity for a long while and slowly decline until it's the minority of activity.
