I was reading about this last night. I had never heard of him individually but definitely had heard of the group. They were very popular amongst the youth.
He only fell from the 3rd floor ("only"- not an insignificant fall- but usually survivable).

Fall from all accounts. Apparently police were called to the venue due to a noise complaint about a party.
He fell whilst police were there from what I've read so far.
Poor guy. RIP 🫡 thoughts with his family and friends.

I'm leaning towards a fall because it was from the third floor, but I could also see something in between (a cry for help that he thought he could survive). Guessing we'll get more info in the next few days.

Payne, 31, died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in the Argentine capital.
