Voting isn't mandatory but they encourage it by running campaigns.
When I became eligible to vote, initially I didn't vote in many elections. But I voted when they added NOTA to the Electronic Voting Machines.

I don't think a real Bitcoiner would even his shit to either of them. Don't you have a NOTA (None of the above) option on the ballot or EVM?
