On LN you can use msats. Actually on LN the standard unit is msats. But onchain, yes, the unit is sat. How can I receive msats in my WoS wallet?

you can't. That depends of a wallet code / dev if allow to accept msats or not. But over LN the unit is msat, all the communication between nodes is done in msats.
