If you want to run a node from a van the best way to do that is with a mobile hotspot that has unlimited data (good luck) and a Raspberry pi running a lightning node. Then you're going to need power so aim for a 500w battery with pv input and some matching 500w solar panels.
Is it worth it? Nahhh. But it can be done™️

Oh yeah, def. You can also use umbrelos or their proprietary software to run your node with near zero effort
