This was an interesting article posted a few days ago:
“They never tried to contact us before publishing their report, and when we tried to contact them to discuss their report, all they did was direct us to their sales representatives and try to sell us licenses for their software,” YieldNodes wrote in their newsletter.
...YieldNodes only learned about its designation as a scam after exchanges began blacklisting the service in response
Chainalysis seems like they want to be the single source of truth. Whoever we say is the bad guy IS THE BAD GUY and that's final, no discussion.
Do you have any evidence?
No, but trust us. We know and we tell the truth.
Even though it looks like YieldNode IS a scam (NFT's + sh$tcoin tokens), I'm glad they are suing for defamation. We can't just let Chainalysis be the all powerful arbiter of truth can we?
The fiat cuckery continues.
