I'm surprised Bitcoin Prediction Market is still the top boost. They basically have a front and center ad for $70 on website that sees > 50k uniques a month with an early adopter/generous demo. On a per click basis we're probably talking about pennies.

Our previous manual ad system cost 2m sats/mo and the advertiser was in profit. Crazy.

Hi, what your opinion? I have a litle problem, I lend random girl my electric kettle. She back my item to me, but she inviting me to she's room. She in her room he cuddles up to me, literally examines every part of my body but doesn't undress me. My general problem is she has only 15 years old (I have 19). I doesn't have relations in girl and I don't know is this a normal.

There are only 4 new Stackers joined SN within the last two days or it's just that they haven't created the bio?

Is there a way we can find how many new Stackers overall joined SN on a specific day?

At least we got a tube. Octopus just got a hole.

I never looked too closely at an octopus, I was to busy enjoying it with shoyu and wasabi.

Respiration involves drawing water into the mantle cavity through an aperture, passing it through the gills, and expelling it through the siphon. The ingress of water is achieved by contraction of radial muscles in the mantle wall, and flapper valves shut when strong circular muscles force the water out through the siphon

-- Wikipedia, Octopus

if I understand correctly, at least their input is not also their output?

Water flow over the gills correlates with locomotion, and an octopus can propel its body when it expels water out of its siphon.

-- ibid

and that means they use breathing out to propel themselves forward, cool!

reply

when we inhale we inspire, when we exhale we expire.

reply

Ok, I was thinking about their food input and output. Topologically, it sounds like they have a forked tube (presumably not the technical term) for respiration.

I visit this site, and their coffee machine is never washed. I take the first 15 mins to wash it out, get all the grounds out of it. Then let the coffee bloom. My coffee disappears so quick, I have to make another pot around 12. Guys that work know good coffee when they taste it, and always come back lol

When someone initiates a confrontation with you, remember the following steps.

1. NEVER answer their questions, EVER!

Although we started with chess, poker has now entered this game. Remember, they are bluffing, you are not.

Know what they are trying to do; they want information from you.

Your goal is to never give anything to them, but to gain the upper hand by gaining information from them, as you will use this later.

Never tip your hand until you know what cards they are holding, and in truth, they aren’t even holding any. Your hand will always beat theirs. This game of poker is rigged in your favour, so don’t give away your advantage.

Note: The one who starts any conversation is ALWAYS in the weaker position, as they have made you an offer.

This temporarily lowers their status below yours, as they now need your response to proceed.

Take this opportunity to know you are in control, and never give it back.

Remember, you are NOT obligated to answer anyone’s questions that you have not previously contracted with, EVER!

Does this also apply to police interrogations? When I had to go to one because of a friend, I was advised to answer their questions with as few details as possible. Never say anything they don't ask because it might imply that you are lying.

reply

any encounter with a corporation agent but you gotta know who you are

If a policeman/judge/banker... asks you "Are you [and he says your name and surname]? your answer defines your status if you say yes you just agreed to be surety/life giver for the persona that sounds like your name you gave away your rights for privileges you accepted their authority and must obey them, otherwise it makes you dishonorable, wich, in law, is pretty much similar to murderer

when you went to the interrogations, you played by their rules, and they can and will use anything you say against you if they can
