That's only after he became a bad guy. They adored Hitler and Mussolini for their ability to use government to "Get stuff done" without all that pesky democracy stuff getting in the way.
Yes, the Germans and Italians did like their leaders. They were both elected with popular majorities. Yes, they did get things done but eventually they got too much done.

Any system that leaves it to mob, only, is weak.

True but parliamentary system has more structural flaws like no difference between executive and legislative branches

Yeah, and they usually rule with parties that do not quite agree on policy. The the opposition is not united at all. However, the captured two party system is no better.

I hesitate to call them coalition governments because they usually don’t coalesce very well. They break apart very nicely, though.
