If Trump wins, will Kamala also dispute the results?
There are high chances that Dems will do the same. American politics is quite dramatic.
Almost certainly: Hillary disputed her loss, Kerry disputed his loss, and Gore disputed his loss.
This is par for the course and they freaked out when Trump (a lifelong Democrat) acted like a Democrat.

I'm of the view that Trump feels more honest when he speaks. At least he declared it long ago, at least 4 years ago, that he'll oppose a democratic win. The others are just silent serpents.

The presidential election is based on the electoral college. The popular vote is based on the idea of checks and balances but it doesn't count. The electoral college for each state behaves a little differently. This is how a representative constitutional republic works.

Thanks. I know a bit of how electoral college works there. But I feel that India's way of electing a Prime Minister is a little more straight forward.
The electoral college is partial for some states can influence the elections more.
