Mr. Musk almost single-handedly funded an effort that cost more than $175 million. His canvassers knocked on close to 11 million doors in presidential battleground states since August, including about 1.8 million in Michigan and 2.3 million in Pennsylvania, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Another $30 million was spent on a large direct-mail program, and about $22 million on digital advertising, including on Trump-friendly mediums like Barstool Sports.

This is all peanuts......
Kamala had 3x the money that Trump did....she spent nearly $1B on the campaign.

How much did Trump spend on his campaign since he announced his candidacy? I bet the figure is somewhere close to one billion dollars too.

This is how it works. The real story is that there is a group of people willing to align themselves publicly with Trump. My guess is this is a group of elite that have been waiting for their moment and took it.
I think many are missing what is going on here. The money is not the story. It's a shift in influence and this group obviously wants to set up Vance to be their guy.
This is much bigger than Trump
