Humans need to do things to thrive. We need the wind in our face, the steepness of the mountain making our hearts beat like crazy.
Reminded me of this piece from a few years back, discussing Heying and Bret Weinstein's book. https://thedailyeconomy.org/article/reality-decides-in-economics-and-evolutionary-biology-alike/
Physical reality puts constraints on your epistemic beliefs. Systems with feedback, such as gravity or physicality or sailing or coding or drawing wires etc., etc.
Practically speaking, believing the many strange things that, say, woke activists or sociology professors do, “works” only because there is no longer any noticeable punishment for believing nonsense. In many intellectual circles, the price for holding faulty ideas is zero – or even negative.
Peace, friends.
That's why we should go for walks, exercise, cook our own food and tidy up!

I used to do that in the before times. Not as much anymore, so I spend more time in the aetheric realms in meditation. I am not saying people dont need nature, I believe we do, but most of my now time is in the higher planes. There are some pretty cool places there!

That truly is impressive. Enviable, almost.
Nature is and has always been a better way for me to get there: a tired body is a relaxed body, a relaxed body is open to the heavens.
Also, my hiker friend has a dope take on this: by ascending a mountain you are literally ascending higher consciousness. Higher geographic plane correlated with metaphysical higher plane

I actually did ascend a mountain and yes it has been a remarkable journey, I came home and was literally living in two realities for awhile...Intense to say the least. Enviable, I am not sure about that, I believe anyone can do it. It's just taking the focus to the right place. No drugs, no journey, the Kingdom of Heaven is inside.

1 Pe 1:24-25 KJV For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25. But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
