Hunh. I've "used" Bluesky a lot without logging in (similar to Twitter), just seeing something someone shared with me elsewhere, but I haven't tried actually diving into the community there. I didn't even know it was possible to get labeled as spam.
ETA: Just found your posts, and it doesn't look like there's a spam label from the outside, at least. Maybe someone was trolling you somehow?
ETA 2: Just asked a friend who does have a Bluesky account to take a look, and she doesn't see a label either.
Labelled as spam on my end. All of them.

Actually you are right. Just logged back in and I am no longer spam. I wonder if it gets lifted after an hour. Now I feel like a liar.

Wonder if it's a thing where someone can label you, but if it looks like they're spamming (and labeling all your posts is definitely that), there's some check in place?
(And you're obviously not a liar.)

No idea how it works. Just know at first I noticed it as one comment and then all my comments and post and then about an hour later everything was visible again so I think it is some kind of timeout. Maybe someone reported all my stuff out of spite and it gets labeled until reviewed? First time using the platform so not really sure.

Yeah, and good incentive to not have future times using it.
Weirdly, my major social media outside of SN is FB, not because it's good in any way (I can list 100 things I hate about it), but because I can be in a group of wrestling fans or an author's works, and not have to worry about everything getting labeled spam or getting deleted.
(Also because it's literally the only way to know what some family members are up to.)

My wife still uses facebook to keep in touch with family. I think that is the most common use now.

That's so weird.
Just did a quick search and found a Reddit thread (of course) talking about this, and it sounds like labels are something people can subscribe to (which would explain why I can't see them)?
But literally having you see those labels constantly even if others don't feels really like a big middle finger.
