There's only one thing that I saw. When I zap on notification, it's seen zapped but when I click on the comment or post and reach at its original place, it says it's not zapped. But if I refresh, it's all fine.
Takes some time for the system to register after I have zapped someone. Sometimes I think I am getting senile n zap one more time, only to find that my first zap got through after all, albeit belatedly haha

Are you using your own node? Could be connectivity or liquidity. On my end things are good.

Not too bad though usually get a few zaps fail a day and just zap again and it seems ok.
