Agreed. I get their weekly newsletter and its definitely full of high-value discussion.

Yes that is a very good place to read latest ideas and developments going on. I like also https://bitcoinops.org/ is like a resume of Delving :)

Also the Bitcoin Development Mailing list is here to view. Odd, but pragmatic, they chose Google. It was probably the easiest to setup.

unfortunately there's no place or is everywhere they can. The strong Bitcoin community that was before the "great fork" is not anymore so strong. is heavily divided.
