A couple questions if you have time:
  • I've had some issues after carnivore that I attribute to oxalate dumping. They're not terrible, but overall it seems underdiscussed in the carnivore community. Maybe it's just those people (like me) who were fooled by the "spinach, chia, almonds are superfood" narrative, and ate a lot of those foods. Any thoughts?
  • What do you think of pork fat and lard? I heard on a podcast that it's as unhealthy as corn oil. I can't track down that podcast anymore, though.
  • What's the latest with your health company Revero? Will it open for customers soon?

Oxalate issue prevalence is debateable imv But reintroduce a small amount and see
Lard is definitely not “as bad as corn oil”
