The only person that I think could be over Ali is Jack Johnson aka the Galveston Giant. Not only did he like Ali break down barriers but he trail blazed.

Tyson at no 7 can be justified but a lot of sites show him at no. 2, 3 and 4 and that's what I can't digest at all.

Good list but I don't think you can have anyone ahead of Ali. Louis vs Robinson for 2 is an interesting debate.
