James Cameron's “The Abyss” and Jordan Peele's "Nope".

The first one has a very cool theme of the mysteries of the world ocean, and the second one I've rewatched several times and each time got a lot of pleasure from the stylization of 80s sci-fi.

You can add to the list of “Event Horizon” which I consider the best sci-fi horror, as well as “Super 8” in which children are saved from a space monster. Incredibly stylish movie.
