I liked Star Wars, too, until the last trilogy. I think they were not good movies. I didn’t even bother to see the last one of that trilogy. I have the first six on DVD, to watch any time I like and do watch. Lately, though, I am being more into reading books because they seem to be much more satisfying.
I've only seen the first two. I haven't watched them in a long time, but may try again. Have you ever read the books?
No, I haven’t read any of the Starwars Books. If they were connected to the movies, the movies came first rather than book first. I have been constantly disappointed with books that are written from an original movie. My son, has read a few Star Wars books and has them on his shelf, but I haven’t touched them. They seem aimed at the youth market more than the adult market. Perhaps it is too late for me to enjoy them.
Star Wars is my favorite movie franchise of all time.
Also, The Matrix isn't sci-fi. It's a documentary.
