Considering there are 4 Canadian teams in the top 12, this is not helping me solve the mystery of why Canadian teams can’t win a cup.

Buffalo all the way at the bottom but it’s crazy hockey teams have $1B + valuations lol

Thought Buff should be a bit higher considering they make more revenue and ebitda than some teams ahead of them.

Yeah I think they take into account the arena. Key bank center is coming up on 30+ years old I think.

Also buffalo is still a small market so maybe they take into account the market if buffalo was put up for sale.

The future may be bright. It is not that what has not happened till now cannot happen in the future. Maybe soon the winning team will be Canada
