Thought Buff should be a bit higher considering they make more revenue and ebitda than some teams ahead of them.

Yeah I think they take into account the arena. Key bank center is coming up on 30+ years old I think.

Also buffalo is still a small market so maybe they take into account the market if buffalo was put up for sale.

Yes. Looks like the lowest valued team in any of the other sports is the Miami Marlins at 1B
