It's been happening a lot but it seems that they aren't double post but 1 more identical post while going to recent after posting.
Sometimes, while looking at the top posts, I also see two same posts one after the other. If you zap both then you actually zap one post twice which is amazing.

You've never been insane afaict. I just didn't report it because when I refreshed the page, it sorted out.
